Use of Cookies

Today, most websites use cookies, and we are no exception. These are small files that are loaded into the device you are using to access our website. The purpose of these files is two-fold:

  • To “remember” our visitors. When they visit again, we remember where they visited last, purchases/orders that were made, etc. This lets us present products and services that may be of interest, based upon your past behavior on our site.

  • To give visitors and users of our site access to all the features and elements of our website

Types of Cookies Contenta.live Uses

Stand-alone Cookies: These cookies recognize your browser but do not collect any information on you personally. We use these to determine which browsers are providing good experiences on our site and to correct those experiences if there are issues.

Session Cookies: These cookies are only present during the course of every single visit you make to our website. As soon as you exit out of our site, that cookie is deleted from your browser. However, these cookies are important during your time on our site, because they tell us who you are, and, if you have an account with us, we can then process all of your activity easily and quickly.

Persistent Cookies: These are permanent. They remain in your browser after you have left our website. But they do not store any of your personal information or your account information with Contenta Creative LTD.

Third-Party Cookies: Contenta Creative LTD does have links to third-party sites on its website. It chooses these third parties carefully, as they may have resources that are of interest to our visitors and users. They, too, use cookies. If you co-link to any of these third-party sites, we are not responsible for their cookies or their cookie policy.

Option to Disable Cookies

You always have the option to disable cookies or to delete them at any time. In fact, you can clear all cookies by following your browser instructions. If you should decide to do disable or delete cookies, you will not be able to use our services as efficiently as possible, and there may be some content or information you will not be able to access

Data We Collect

We collect three categories of data – from our customers, from other users of our site, and from contractors/content providers that we employ to work for us.

Customer Data and Its Use:

We collect personal information from our customers, such as name, email address, and phone number. This data is encrypted and carefully stored.

This data is used to set up a customer account on our website or to get in touch with a customer should we need to.

We do also use this data for billing purposes, to provide information about progress on an ordered product or service, and to inform you of new products or services through our newsletter.

User Data

We collect data on all user use of our website. This is anonymous information, collected and aggregated by a third-party contractor. It provides us with reports on user activity on our site, browsers used to access, etc. We use this information to make improvements to the user experience on our site, to fix errors, to recommend products or services, and to patch any security issues that may arise.

Contractors and Our Content Providers

Contractor is those entities we use to provide products or services to our company. For example, we may use an email service, a customer relationship management firm, and an outside payment processor. We collect data from these contractors to ensure that they are fulfilling their duties and adhering to all of our policies.

We collect information on content providers we employ to complete our customer orders. We use that information to set up their accounts, to communicate about order progress, and for payment purposes.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Contenta Creative LTD does work with a number of contractors and vendors in the course of conducting its business operations. The goal is to serve our customers well and to ensure that the business they conduct with us is completed satisfactorily. If we should use a third party to conduct surveys on our effectiveness, for example, that third party will have your email address in order to deliver that survey.

If Contenta Creative LTD should sell any part of our enterprise, we will share the personal information of our clients/customers with the purchasing party. Likewise, if we enter into a merger agreement with another enterprise, we will mutually share our customer data.

If a legal or law enforcement entity should request or require personal information, we will cooperate with that agency.

Data Storage and Retention

We want to assure all customers that their personal information is securely stored.

Such information may be stored in Europe, the United States, or Canada, and it may be transferred among our data centers. Such transfers occur with the highest levels of security. If you have any questions about storage or transfer, get in touch with our customer support department for details.

Relative to data retention, we do hold personal information for varying periods of time, depending on the type of information it is and our need to use it. Customers can request the deletion of their personal data at any time.

Again, please contact our customer support department should you have any questions or need further clarification of this policy.
